Appointments: Movement at CNP Assurances

The head office of CNP Assurances is in Issy-les-Moulines.

Between job creations and successive alternatives, CNP Assurances is playing a game of musical chairs.

CNP Assurances seeks to support the development of its multi-partner, international model. To do this, the General Banking Insurer announced several internal moves. Yves Roux became Managing Director of CNP Luxembourg, a subsidiary of the Group Investments-Engineering and Patrimonial Savings (BU) business unit. Until then, it was at the helm of the Amétis network within the France BU Partnerships, a direction now occupied by Frédéric Wernick.

Yves Roux replaces Jean-Marie Castillon, who has been appointed to the newly created position of Strategic Program Director, in particular responsible for directing the transformation plan.

Sabine Barnegie Azoulay also joined this division as Director of Transformation Support, responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Transformation Model in each component of the company and for Change Support, which was newly created.

Aurélien Signorini in charge of BPCE

Aurélien Signorini is managing the partnership with BPCE, replacing Frédéric Fernique. Finally, Isabelle Cerf has joined CNP Assurances as Director of Development and Partnerships in CNP Assurances’ Europe Business Unit Outside France (BU), a newly created position.

Holder of a degree in Japanese Language and Civilization and a graduate of ESCI (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International), Eve Roux joined CNP Assurances in 2000 where she held successively the position of Director of Business Development, then within the salaried Amétis network.

For his part, Jean-Marie Castillon started his career at Total in 1993. This graduate of the École supérieure de commerce de Paris joined PwC in 2001 as a managing advisor in strategic value management and then joined the Total group again. Group audit section. In October 2002, he joined CNP Assurances in the Strategic and Futures Studies Department and then, in 2004, in the Risk and Internal Controls Department as a Financial and Technical Risk Controller before becoming, in 2006, Project Manager for the Client Group Manager. In 2014, he was appointed Director of the Management Department of the Protection and Social Services Business Unit, before joining the Open Customer Business Unit the following year, where he was involved in the CNP Luxembourg construction project.

CNP prefer internal promotion

Sabine Parnigi-Azoulay joined Caisse des Dépôts in 2002. She has successively held the positions of Director of Communications, then Additional Financial Reporting, and finally Group Innovation and Forecasting. She holds a master’s degree in political science and a DESS degree in European PR from Celsa – Information and Communication Technologies.

Frederick Wernick graduated with a DESS in Law and Private Wealth Management in 2000, and joined CNP Assurances the same year. At first he was an asset expert (2000-2005), then he became an internal auditor before being appointed in 2008 as Head of Mission for Internal Audit. In 2011, he was Director of Ergonomics and then, in 2014, Director of Administration and Client Relationships for the La Banque Postale Partnership before holding, until 2020, the position of Director of Client Relationships within the BPCE Partnership.

Isabelle Cerf from AXA

Aurélien Signorini is a graduate of the University of Orleans and the École Supérieure des Commerce in excursions and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from Sciences Po Paris. He started his career in bank financial auditing at Deloitte and then PricewaterhouseCoopers. After a stint at HSBC, he joined CNP Assurances in 2007 as Chief of Mission in the Audit Department. In 2010, he became Head of the Solvency 2 Assessment and Reporting Department in the Risk Department. From 2012 to 2015, he held the position of Director of Planning and Performance, and later became Technical and Financial Director of CNP Santander Insurance.

A graduate in Mathematical Economics and Actuarial Science (University Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne/ENSAE) and IMD (Finance), Isabelle Cerf joined the AXA Group where she pursued an international career in the fields of insurance and assistance. His background gives him solid experience in strategies to accelerate growth, business restructuring, transformation of sales, distribution and marketing activities as well as large-scale operational transformations.
